Shipping the Punch: Our Logistics Policy

We treat our jars with the same respect we treat our ingredients. From our kitchen to yours, here's how we get the flavor to your door.


The Processing Period

Small-Batch Quality Takes Time. Every order is processed with intent. Please allow 2–5 business days for us to blend, pack, and prep your spices. We don't ship on weekends or holidays — our team is usually busy cooking with their own families then.


Shipping Rates & Speed

We offer the following ways to get the "Trio" to your kitchen. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location:

  • Standard Shipping — 5–10 Business Days — For the patient planner.
  • Expedited Shipping — 2–5 Business Days — For the "I need this for Saturday's BBQ" emergency.

Where We Fly (Domestic Only)

True North, Strong and Spicy. Currently, we ship to all provinces and territories across Canada.

International Fans: We see you! We aren't crossing borders just yet, but stay tuned. The "Pepper Punch" global tour is in the works.

The moment your order hits the road, we'll send a Tracking Number straight to your inbox. You can watch your spices travel from our home to yours in real-time.


The "Make It Right" Guarantee

Lost or Damaged Packages? Life happens. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, don't sweat it. Reach out to us at support@pepperpunchgourmet.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll investigate, track it down, or replace it.
