Food Safety & Returns
Because our products are food-grade and consumable:
- All opened products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
- This ensures every customer receives a safe, untampered, high-quality product.
Unopened Returns
If your item is unused, unopened, and in original condition, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.
- Refunds exclude original shipping costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping
- Contact us first at support@pepperpunchgourmet.com for instructions
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Email us within 7 days of delivery
- Include a photo of the issue
- We will replace or refund at no cost to you

Taste is personal. While we do not offer refunds on opened products, we're happy to help with:

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
