  • Ingredients: 8oz penne pasta, 2 cups cherry tomatoes, 2 cloves minced garlic, 2 tbsp Scarlet Rush, 1 tbsp olive oil, fresh basil, grated parmesan.

  • Instructions:

    1. Roast: On a baking sheet, toss tomatoes with olive oil and Scarlet Rush. Roast at 400°F (200°C) until the tomatoes burst (about 15 minutes).
