Ingredients:

1 Small Sirloin or Ribeye steak (room temp)

2 Large Eggs

1 tbsp Blaze Well blend

1 tsp Butter

Instructions:

Rub the steak generously with Blaze Well on both sides, pressing the spices into the meat.

Sear the steak in a hot pan for 3–4 mins per side (Medium-Rare). Remove and let rest.

In the same pan, fry your eggs in the remaining steak juices and butter.

The residual heat and spices in the pan will coat the eggs in a beautiful, spicy-orange glaze.

Slice the steak and serve with the eggs on top.
