  • Ingredients:

    • 1 lb chicken thighs or cauliflower florets, cut into bite-sized cubes

    • 2 tbsp Scarlet Rush

    • 1 tbsp olive oil

    • 1 tbsp lime juice

    • Small corn tortillas

    • Toppings: Finely diced white onion, fresh cilantro, lime wedges

  • Instructions:

    1. Marinate: Toss the protein in a bowl with olive oil, lime juice, and Scarlet Rush. Let marinate for 15 minutes.

    2. Sear: Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the protein until cooked through and charred at the edges.

    3. Assemble: Serve on warm tortillas topped with diced onion, cilantro, and a heavy squeeze of lime juice.
