Street-Style "Blaze" Corn (Elote)

A twist on Mexican Street Corn that uses the citrus-heat of the blend to bypass multiple steps.

  • Prep time: 5 mins | Cook time: 10 mins

  • Ingredients:

    • 4 Ears of Corn (husked)

    • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise or Sour cream

    • 1.5 tbsp Blaze Well blend

    • Crumbled Feta or Cotija cheese

  • Instructions:

    1. Grill the corn or char it over a gas flame until slightly blackened in spots.

    2. Brush a thin layer of mayo/sour cream over the hot corn.

    3. Roll the corn in a plate filled with Blaze Well and crumbled cheese.

    4. The lime and cayenne in the blend provide the perfect "tangy-burn" traditional to street corn without needing extra lime wedges.
