4 Ears of Corn (husked)

2 tbsp Mayonnaise or Sour cream

1.5 tbsp Blaze Well blend

Crumbled Feta or Cotija cheese

Instructions:

Grill the corn or char it over a gas flame until slightly blackened in spots.

Brush a thin layer of mayo/sour cream over the hot corn.

Roll the corn in a plate filled with Blaze Well and crumbled cheese.
