4 large Portobello mushroom caps

2 tbsp Blaze Well

2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions:

Marinade: In a small bowl, mix Blaze Well, soy sauce, and olive oil.

Brush: Brush both sides of the mushroom caps generously with the mixture.

Roast: Place on a baking sheet and roast at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes.
