Smoky Roasted Portobello Steaks

A vegetarian main that is so savory, even meat eaters will love it.

  • Ingredients:

    • 4 large Portobello mushroom caps

    • 2 tbsp Blaze Well

    • 2 tbsp soy sauce

    • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Instructions:

    1. Marinade: In a small bowl, mix Blaze Well, soy sauce, and olive oil.

    2. Brush: Brush both sides of the mushroom caps generously with the mixture.

    3. Roast: Place on a baking sheet and roast at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes.

    4. Serve: The Blaze Well will caramelize with the soy sauce to create an intense, "meaty" umami crust. Serve over mashed potatoes or inside a sandwich.
