The ultimate comfort food where the smoky depth has hours to meld.

Ingredients:
-
3 lbs beef chuck roast
-
3 tbsp Blaze Well
-
1 large onion, roughly chopped
-
2 cups beef broth
-
1 cup red wine (or extra broth)
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
-
Instructions:
-
Sear: Heat oil in a heavy Dutch oven. Sear the roast on all sides until deeply browned.
-
Season: Remove the meat and stir in the Blaze Well for 60 seconds.
-
Braise: Pour in the wine and broth, scraping the bottom of the pan to release the flavor. Return the meat to the pot.
-
Cook: Cover and simmer on low (or in a 300°F oven) for 3–4 hours until the beef falls apart with a fork. The mushroom and garlic notes will create a rich, velvety gravy.
