Ingredients

Protein: 1 lb chicken breast (shredded)

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Season the Chicken

Toss your shredded chicken with 1 tsp of Scarlet Rush. This ensures the protein itself is flavorful before it even hits the noodles.

2. The "Snappy" Noodle Prep

Boil your wheat noodles. Immediately drain and rinse under cold water. This is the secret to the "Liang Mian" (cold noodle) texture.
