Smoky-Slow Grilled Calamari

The "Smoky & Slow Heat" choice. Seafood cooks fast, but the Blaze Well chilli powder gives it a "slow cooked" depth in minutes.

  • Ingredients: 500g Cleaned Squid tubes (sliced into rings), 1.5 tbsp Blaze Well, 2 tbsp Butter (melted), 1 clove Garlic (minced).

  • Method:

    1. Pat the squid completely dry (essential for a good sear).

    2. Whisk Blaze Well and minced garlic into the melted butter.

    3. Toss the squid in the spicy butter.

    4. Flash-fry in a very hot pan or over charcoal for only 90 seconds. Do not overcook!

    5. Chef’s Tip: The blend creates a savory "crust" on the squid that tastes like it was smoked for hours.
