Ingredients: 500g Cleaned Squid tubes (sliced into rings), 1.5 tbsp Blaze Well, 2 tbsp Butter (melted), 1 clove Garlic (minced).

Pat the squid completely dry (essential for a good sear).

Whisk Blaze Well and minced garlic into the melted butter.

Toss the squid in the spicy butter.
