A quick, vibrant appetizer that uses the bright, citrusy profile of Scarlet Rush to marinate the cheese.

  • Ingredients: 8 oz paneer (cubed), 1/2 cup thick Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp Scarlet Rush, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 bell pepper (cut into squares).

  • Instructions:

    1. Marinate: Whisk yogurt, Scarlet Rush, and lemon juice in a bowl. Toss the paneer and bell pepper in the marinade. Let sit for 20 minutes.

    2. Skewer: Thread the paneer and peppers onto skewers.
