Herb Crusted Lamb Chops

The "Bright & Clean" choice. The Scarlet Rush chilli powder pairs perfectly with the gamey richness of lamb.

  • Ingredients: 6–8 Lamb cutlets, 2 tbsp Scarlet Rush, 1 tbsp Olive oil, 1 tsp Fresh rosemary (chopped).

  • Method:

    1. Rub the lamb chops with olive oil, then press a generous amount of Scarlet Rush and rosemary into both sides.

    2. Let sit for 15 minutes to allow the "Red Round" and "Arbol" heat to penetrate.

    3. Sear in a screaming hot cast-iron skillet for 3 minutes per side (for Medium-Rare).

    4. Chef’s Tip: The "Clean Finish" of this blend means you don’t need a heavy sauce. Just a squeeze of lemon and a side of mint yogurt.
