Glazed Salmon

A "restaurant-quality" finish that takes less than 15 minutes.

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 salmon fillets

    • 2 tbsp Scarlet Rush

    • 1 tbsp honey

    • 1 tsp soy sauce

    • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • Instructions:

    1. Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together Scarlet Rush, honey, soy sauce, and lime juice until it forms a thick paste.

    2. Coat: Place salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush the glaze generously over the tops.

    3. Bake: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

    4. Serve: Let rest for two minutes before serving for the best texture.
